Go to your Profile and click Add Device. Choose the algorithm, the payment coin, a name for the device, and optionally enable Solo mining.

Point your miner to stratum+tcp://stratum.koinium.it with port 3333 (SHA-256d), 3433 (Scrypt), or 4233 (NeoScrypt). Use username.device as login and x as password.
